Add electronic signature fields to any PDF and share the document with a secure PIN. Recipients draw or type their signature in the browser and submit the completed document — no account or software required.
No complicated setup. Upload your existing PDF and start in minutes.
You place a signature field on the PDF where a signature is needed. You create a PIN and share it with the recipient. They open the document in their browser, sign in the designated field, and submit. You receive the completed document with the signature in place.
Recipients can draw their signature using a mouse, trackpad, touchscreen or stylus. They can also type their name and choose from several font styles for a clean, typed signature.
Beyond full signatures, FillPen supports initials fields for per-page acknowledgement. For documents that need more than one signer, assign different signature fields to different recipients — each person signs through their own PIN.
Every action on a document is recorded. You can see when the document was sent, when it was opened, when fields were filled in and when it was submitted. This activity history provides a record of the signing process.
A PIN provides secure access to a document but does not by itself verify the identity of the person entering it. Consider what level of identity verification your use case requires.
